For example, with the visual navigation task in the catalog, you described the feature, brought it up for discussion, organized a meeting with product and technical teams to identify possible technical challenges and approximate timelines, independently found, hired, and managed freelancers for a large task in a very short time, and brought it to full readiness for development. This is amazing! Your approach served as an excellent example for other designers. Your initiative positively inspires the whole team.

– Rustam is ready to propose multiple solutions at once and always starts from the problem, not fixating on existing solutions, and isn’t afraid to make changes.
